Since beginning my academic journey as a PhD student (2020–2023) and now as a Senior Research Associate, I have had the privilege of teaching a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses to diverse, international cohorts. I like to think of my classes as spaces where curiosity meets structure: we take complex ideas seriously, but not ourselves too seriously. My commitment to knowledge exchange, critical thinking, and student empowerment is reflected in the positive testimonials from students and colleagues (and in the fact that many students still email me with questions long after the semester ends!).

Over the years, I have had the privilege of supervising capstone projects for postgraduate students across diverse programmes. These projects are some of my favourite academic engagements, as they offer a space for students to transform ideas into rigorous, meaningful research. Guiding them through this process, sometimes challenging, always rewarding, allows me to support the next generation of scholars and practitioners as they sharpen their analytical skills and pursue questions that genuinely matter.

Disseminating research and engaging with scholars across international platforms is a vital part of my academic journey. Through conferences and seminars, I share findings, exchange ideas, and learn from colleagues working at the forefront of social policy, public health, and interdisciplinary research. These engagements not only strengthen my work but also deepen my commitment to advancing conversations on health, equity, and social wellbeing globally.
